after installing the c4d r12 netrenderer i got the error:

server.ini error, line 18:  „missing user name“   .. or … nothing else, just „error in server.ini, line 18“

i looked up the server.ini –  file and wrote :  name = adminstrator

//users

[admin]

name = administrator
password =
info =
priority = 100

AND

you have to go to the privileges and set the server.ini – file write permission to protect.  Then it should works. Just a try, i didn´t prove it twice.
